Shipping & Tracking

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! If you can't find your country in the delivery information, it's probably because I haven't found out the legal specifications to ship there yet. Please contact me and I'll look into it!

Do I have to pay customs and/or VAT?

Unfortunately, international shipping outside of the EU may be subject to costums regulations, including taxes, duties, and other fees, depending on the country it's shipped to. Since these are different for every country, I am unable to predict these and/or pre-pay them.

Customs regulations, taxes, or duties costs are your responsibility as a buyer!

Please contact your customs office if you're concerned that you may be subject to fees. I ship from Germany, which is in the EU.

If you, as the buyer, abandon or refuse the package, no refund will be given. I recommend that you comply with local regulations as soon as possible before the package is discarded or destroyed (customs usually allows 7 to 14 working days).

I (Daneesaur/Daniela Struck) am not responsible for any fees or taxes incurred on your order. These fees are not included in the price or shipping costs.

Do I need tracked shipping?

While I do offer tracked shipping, it is not required. However, please note that in that case, I am not liable if your item gets lost in transit and will not be able to offer you a refund!

Shipments rarely get lost these days if a correct address is provided. For your own peace of mind, you can splurge for the tracking.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Of course I want you to be happy with your order, so of course you can return your order within 14 days or receipt.

However, as this is a one-person operation, I can only offer a refund on the item cost, and not on shipping. You will also have to pay for the return shipping cost yourself.

My order arrived damaged, now what?

I'm so sorry to hear that!

Please get in touch with me as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the damaged product.

I will try my best to work out a suitable solution for both of us! This can include a refund or a reshipment of the order, depending on the state of it and your location.

Do you take commissions?

At the moment, I don't, I'm sorry.

Do you use AI in any of your products?

Hell no. I abhor the use of AI in art.

None of my products have involved AI in any of their production process, from coming up with them to designing to manufacturing.
